Information for street artists

Dear street artists

The Zuercher Theater Spektakel has always given street artists the opportunity to perform in specific locations on the festival site. This will be the same in 2010.
We would like to inform you that this year’s festival will utilize the outdoor spaces to a larger extent. If you intend to perform during the festival, we ask you to abide by the following conditions:

• The performances of the official festival program must not be disturbed in any way. This goes for indoor as well as outdoor performances. The running times of the performances can be looked up in the official program brochure.

• Amplifying equipment, loud instruments as well as any other extreme noise emissions are not permitted. This applies to the entire festival site including the restaurants.

• It is non-permissible to sell any articles or merchandise.

• Performance spots for street artists will be allocated in consultation with the festival contact person at the outdoor bar of the restaurant Bayou daily at 6PM. It is not possible to lay claim to a performance spot.

• Noncompliance with the above will not be tolerated.

The festival runs from Thursday 19 August to Sunday 5 September 2010.
