The Zurich party crew Motherland is renowned for presenting urban sounds from different African cities. During the festival, «Air Motherland» will take off four times. The destinations will be Kinshasa, Abidjan, Dar es Salaam and Lagos.

Namusoke & C-Breeze
At the third Club night, the red carpet is rolled out on the Dar es Salaam runway for Sista Namusoke from little big Zurich. Born to Tanzanian parents, the 29-year-old singer is one of Switzerland’s biggest vocal talents. Confidently, she mixes ragamuffin with afro and soul and makes you think you’re in Kingston, Jamaica or London rather than in Zurich. Her gig is followed by a DJ dessert served by the Motherland crew itself. Respect! (jwy)
